I am high risk too, b'cuz of preterm labor, pre-eclampcia, IUGR, & placenta abruption. I see a perinatologist too and mine actually works with a team so I don't always see the same one but they communicate well and at every visit I see a can for all vitals, a nurse questions/concerns, an OB physician for baby measurements test and updates, and my perinatologist (specialist) for all serious issues... aka the reason for all the tests any precautionary procedures and and to wrap up all the info gathered at each visit. Also the visits are on average every 2 weeks. I think the most important thing for you to feel comfortable with them. This is my sixth (defying all the odds of protection against pregnancy). Good luck to you and God bless.
