One point isn't that bad.  Plus, it depends on what your doc considers "over."  Officially, 140 is the cut off, but some docs lower it to 130 just as a precaution.  Did they tell you your number? I was 136.  Took the three hour then passed. :)

She said it needed to be 143 and I was 144.

You could still pass the three hour.  Lots of people fail the first one.  Good luck.
