yes, my baby finally came out!

Well some if you know I went 2 Weeks and one day overdue. ... We waited and waited for labor to start and I was to be induced on Monday. Saturday night contractions started around 12 am (midnight)
I labored at home naturally for 18 hours with contractions only 2 minutes apart the whole time.
We got to the hospital and found I was 6 cm . I quickly progressed to 8 and got stuck (24 hours in) the Dr broke my watbecauseer making contractions harder but stayed at 8.
30 hours in I finally took some nubaine. No change.
32 hours in I got an epiduralwhen the Dr threatened to get a court order for c section.
I. I finished dilating.
Then pushed for three hours, made lots of progress but the Dr had enough
Hour 40ish I had a c section.
As happy as I an to have my little boy, I'm frustrated with Dr for not having more patience. The baby was strong and so was I.

Roman Eli Lashbrook was born at 4:22 Monday after noon. 8lbs 14oz 22 inches long. He is incredibly handsome with big brown almond eyes and the softest cry. We are very happy!

OMG u gave us a scare there. U practically disappeared:-). Congratulations though. Really happy u are done and u and ur baby are doing well.

Oh yes we were all worried! I'm so glad you had him!!!! Congrats! And hey don't worry us like that again!!! Lol

Thats fantastic, im so sorry about such a long labor, and the doctor didnt even let you finish, you were so close!
Congratulations, he sounds gorgeous!

I have been wondering how u were doing!  So glad u had ur baby but sorry it didnt go az u planned. So long without pain meds i definitely look up to u for that. My co tractions hurt so bad. Congrats dear! !! So glad ur little one is finally here.

Thank you everyone! I have loved getting to know the ladies here and will probably stick around for a little while longer lol I just can't help myself.

CONGRATULATIONS ALAINA. Yes you had us all scared! What a cute name, glad that he is healthy. Dr say anything about why the c section?

Doc said she was done waiting. :/ she worried my uterus would tire out (which it was fine)  oh well :)
My baby is so good and such a heavy sleeper. If he's awake he is just starting at me and hubbie. Almost never cries. He's actually Ben sleeping in my arms without a diaper for 2 hours... Maybe I should fix that lol
