my feet!

Does anybody else's feet fall asleep at night? It is so uncomfy. I'll be watching tv n all of a sudden my foot falls asleep. Every night around the same time.

When it happens try sitting in a different position you may just be cutting off circulation. I know I can't for cross legged anymore because of it and I hate it.

I try everything! It goes away as soon as I get onto bed tho. I try laying on the couch but it doesn't work. The only thing I can do is get into bed.

It's a sign telling you you need to.go to bed and sleep there and not somewhere else. Lol. That is weird though that that's the only thing that helps.
