This my second time pregnancy,and am only 6weeks 6day. Have been in every kind of pain but so far my breast are so painful and full at nite?? My boobs get so big at nite and so painful at time I feel like they are swollen. And feel like their sagging more. Not sure what to do,should I wear bra? Coz whenever I wake up at nite its a problem as I feel them dropping down every time. And the pain becomes even more.
