« on: April 25, 2012, 11:53:06 pm »
Woooooohooooo!! Passed with flying colors in fact the second blood draw at 2 hours was so low my doctor called to make sure I was ok, lol!!! I went to work and ate afterwards. I felt kinda shaky for a bit but was ok after I ate. It was hard to fast for 12 hours!!!

I know you have to take a 1 hour test forsure. Unless you've already been diagnosed with diabetes. I'm a first time mom and I had to take the 1 hour at 25 weeks.

As fat as I know, you don't have to fast for the 1 hour.

The paper at my doctor's office says all pregnant have to take it between 24-28 wks. I'm 25 wks and I just took mine yesterday. Thankfully they have better stuff to drink than what I had with my daughter 2yrs ago. I couldn't keep it down. No problems this time. I didn't have to fast this time either. Different doctor.
