SHE HERE!

12 hours of labor. She was facing they wrong way! So I had an epi!she had some maconium and was distressed so now in nicu:( they think she didn't have enough blood the last few days. 7pound 10.. so beautiful! I really want to breast feed!

Congrats mom! Breastfeeding is a little difficult at first cuz u will feel like ur starving her because u only produce colostrum at first.but keep at it and try to feed often and do lots of skin on skin time and ur milk will come in fast and it will get much easier. If she can't latch see if u can get a nipple shield. I have to use one cuz ray won't latch to my nipple. Good luck, you will do great.

All the best:) God bless your lil' girl! My girls were in the NICU for 2 weeks so I know your pain. Hang in there. Make sure you're pumping every 3 hours 'round the clock & your milk will come. Anything you get, especially the colostrum, bring it to the NICU. I brought down any little drop I got out. Before I knew it, after about 4 days, was bringing in so much milk, they had to freeze it. Best of all to your family!
